  • 1 Cereals and Seeds Half-Baguette
  • 60g cinnamon apple sauce
  • 35g Roquefort
  • 15g gingerbread
  • 10g walnuts
  • 10g black grapes (fresh)
  • 10g white grapes (fresh)
  • 1 pear in syrup
  • Red chicory

  • Cut the slices of pear to average thickness.
  • Crumble the Roquefort. Make small cubes of gingerbread and cut the grapes in half.
  • Cut the Cereals and Seeds Half-baguette in 2/3.
  • Fill the sandwich, starting with the sauce, the chicory, the pears and the rest of the ingredients, finishing with the walnuts and the gingerbread cubes.
